Richard has been part of the HKV team since 2024. Before joining HKV, he worked as a legal assistant at a law firm, focusing primarily on bankruptcies and restructurings.

As part of the team at HKV, Richard specialises mainly in corporate law, regulatory, public procurement and employment law. He is also actively involved in various projects involving traditional M&A, contract and criminal law.

In the future, he plans to develop his specialisation in particular in the areas of M&A and international trade.
