Michal has partnered with HKV in April 2024. Previously, he worked for 16 years at Deloitte with more than 9 years of experience in the transfer pricing and tax controversy field. Consequently, he moved into private equity, where he gained over 5 years an extensive experience in international taxation, M&A, tax planning and transfer pricing with focus on Real Estate as a Group Head of Tax.

During his career Michal has obtained significant experience and specializes in the M&A, transfer pricing, international taxation, tax planning and controversy, which he wants to deploy in his cooperation with HKV.
