Matej has been a member of the HKV team since 2022, and started working for our company while studying at the university. He decided to join HKV based on his participation in the M&A Clinic run by our firm at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University, where he successfully completed his law degree in June 2024 and subsequently moved up to the position of associate in the HKV team.

As part of the HKV team, Matej specialises in traditional M&A, corporate and contract law. He is actively involved in various parts of transactions including due diligence and projects in the commercial leases sector.
