Dalibor joined HKV in 2023. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A and Regulatory teams and regularly advises on international corporate and commercial transactions, as well as data protection matters. He obtained his law degree from Comenius University in Bratislava and also pursued studies at the University of Helsinki in Finland.

Prior to joining HKV, Dalibor worked for 6 years at Wolf Theiss as an Associate, where he provided comprehensive legal assistance to clients across diverse industries in transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions. During his studies at Comenius University, he gained experience working as a paralegal at Kinstellar and Dentons. His professional experience also includes working as an intern at the National Council of the Slovak Republic.

• Advised a German multimedia conglomerate on the intended acquisition of six target entities in Slovakia, particularly the radio broadcasting license holders and the operating companies ultimately owned by the Slovak investment group. Assisted the client in replying to certain specific questions in connection with the operation of the radio broadcasting activities in Slovakia. Performed a buyer-side due diligence assessment, advised on all aspects related to commercial, corporate, financial, regulatory and employment law, and assisted with structuring the overall framework of a series of transactions required to implement the sale of the radio broadcasting portfolio of Slovak Investment Group.
• Advised major international fund on the acquisition of a majority share in a global logistics group with about 6000 employees and annual turnover reaching approximately EUR 700 million, working alongside a top German law firm as lead counsel.
• Advised on a EUR 810 million acquisition of a major chemical group (buy-side).
• Advised the leading wholesaler of chemical and consumer goods on the implementation of the requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Austria, as well as in several countries of the CEE region (Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania).
• Advised an American beauty products manufacturer on the acquisition of certain businesses from the Procter & Gamble Company.
