Andrea joined HKV team in 2023. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked for almost 8 years as legal counsel at Law & Trust law firm for its client HB Reavis, where she specialized in various areas of corporate law, M&A, IP/IT law, real estate and commercial law. Before, she worked for 3 years as junior attorney-at-law of CEE law firm Peterka & Partners where she focused on various areas of corporate law, labor law, contractual agenda and pharmaceutical law.

During her career Andrea has obtained significant experience in the area of commercial law, M&A, corporate law, real estate and IP/IT law. Andrea actively led and assisted in various important buy-side a sell-side M&A deals in Slovakia and Czech Republic and participated on various internal corporate restructurings.
