Our real estate lawyers offer comprehensive, effective and business-oriented advice backed by more than 15 years of experience in various real estate projects, including acquisitions, planning, construction, expansion, financing, rental and sale of land, office projects, commercial and industrial parks, retail premises, shopping malls, hotels or facilities for leisure activities.

We also implement unique transaction solutions of development and other real estate projects for our clients, the purpose of which is, for example, to ensure the functioning of an international joint-venture partnership or various project financing schemes.

Part of our legal team specializes, among other things, in transactions related to the agricultural sector.

We represent key entities on the Slovak market in the acquisition of large areas of agricultural land, as well as the subsequent appropriate setting of leases. The legal and transaction advice provided by us often includes a comprehensive legal review of the acquired agricultural land, setting up the correct transaction structure and its various phases, as well as the transformation of existing cooperatives into entities with a different legal form.

In addition to the transaction work itself, we have considerable experience in dealing with legal institutes in agricultural projects, which occur less frequently in transactional practice, such as cooperative share certificates, which require not only to defend the client’s interest but also to approach their owners appropriately.

Our experts in the energy sector and related transactions have enough experience to handle the most complex projects. This is proven by our practice to date.

We provide long-term legal and transaction consultancy focused, inter alia, on companies operating in the field of electricity generation (both traditional and renewable) and its distribution, and our clients include companies whose core business is mining and trading in commodities used in the energy industry.
